The post rises
The 15kg stainless post lifts to its full 600mm, bright and obvious to anyone eyeing the space.
It self-locks
Once up it locks on its own, keyless, so it holds firm until you lower it again.
One box runs up to four bollards.
The bollards are driven by a weatherproof stainless control box. It takes the signal from your remote and powers the posts up and down. It's sold separately at £200, and a single box handles up to four bollards on the same drive. Two remotes are included with every control box.
That keeps the cost down on a wider entrance: four posts share one box, so you're not paying for a controller on every bollard. It mounts on a wall out of the way, vents to stay cool, and locks shut.
